Online Crypto Game - Dangers You'll Face In-Game
Firstly, a brief reminder of the three customizable player stats when building a character: strength, dexterity, and intelligence.
Strength is for attack actions and wielding brutal-type weapons. In a pinch, even your fists will work! Strength also determines how much HP your character gains at level-up.
Dexterity is a measure of your character’s finesse. It is used to wield ranged weapons effectively. It also factors into your initiative roll—both you and your opponent will add your dexterity to a randomized D20 roll. Whoever rolls highest will act first in combat.
Finally, intelligence measures your magic spells, including detection, magical attacks, and escaping from the harmful spell effects of your enemies.
With those in mind, we’ll examine the first common danger we see in CryptoFights:
Choosing a Purposeful Build The three playable races—dwarves, elves, and humans—have unique strengths and weaknesses. While it is possible to level up incredibly strong characters and equip them with rare and powerful items for additional power, CryptoFights is balanced to ensure fair fights at all levels of gameplay. To maximize your build viability, we suggest tailoring your character from the beginning to suit how you like to play. This means choosing to level up strength stats for a melee attacking dwarf, or to equip intelligence-boosting gear on a magic-wielding elf.
While your wizard might feel very cool holding a quarterstaff like Gandalf or a bow like Legolas, he might not know how to use those weapons as well as he can cast fireballs. Luckily, with unlimited character creation, you’re free to explore all of the different playstyles and find which brings you the most success on the battlefield.
In short, pick your fighting style in advance, and build your character as strong as it can be for that particular strategy.
Reading Enemy Strategies Your level 7 Dwarf eats ogres for breakfast and spits out the bones. But that Fiery Mace of Might isn’t going to do you any favours if your opponent casts phase shift and starts adding their intelligence modifiers to their hide rolls. Between critical hits, magical spell effects, unlucky rolls, the game can change in a single turn. The more you learn about the game and how strategies interact, the better equipped you will be to respond to their moves effectively and with deadly precision.
If your opponent is hiding, now might be a better time to cast a buff spell than to swing at the shadows! Likewise, if their buff is about to wear off, now would be a good time to go for a sword hit. Landing spells on your enemies with effects like “demoralizing” means you’re safer from attacks and can either heal or go for a killing blow. Always read your item and spell descriptions carefully, as both can be used creatively to turn the tide of battle in your favour. But remember, the enemy can always do the same to you.
Try to read the strategies of your opponent and outsmart them. The stronger gear or the higher level player doesn’t always win—CryptoFights relies on quick thinking as much as it does strong player builds.
—
These are just a couple of examples of how to navigate the dangerous world of CryptoFights. Play for yourself and see what it takes to come out ahead in strategic PvP, and start winning in Bitcoin SV today.

Cannabis Industry Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
While some have been difficult for new business owners to navigate, some have been helpful for consumers and the small businesses who could pivot under changing guidelines to provide superior service in extraordinary times. Demand is still growing worldwide, with statistics suggesting that more Canadians than ever are using Cannabis during the pandemic.
How have businesses and federal agencies adapted to Cannabis markets in the COVID-19 pandemic, and how can you transition compliantly to practices that will ensure your team’s success in the new normal?
An optimistic situation for the cannabis sector arose when it was deemed an essential service early on into the pandemic. While considerations around in-person shopping were unilaterally imposed, the fact that these businesses remained open offered a two-fold advantage: firstly, a persistent source of revenue, and secondly, a new demographic of customers who found themselves suddenly with more time to explore. As social media and advertising were divested away from closed businesses, opportunities arose for compliant advertising, not to mention a greater return on promotions for shoppers.
The nature of cannabis shopping and delivery also changed during the pandemic. For jurisdictions where in-person purchases were not permitted, new approaches from both innovators and lawmakers allowed for (and in fact encouraged) mobile delivery and pickup. Through E-commerce and a widespread normalization of liquor and cannabis delivery, having a cannabis retail license could expand your business scope beyond your neighbourhood and into the entirety of the city. The convenience and safety afforded by home and contactless delivery saw some businesses increasing their drive-thru retail by 70%.
Cashless transactions as a whole offered a level of security that many companies could not ignore when visualizing strategies to retain customers and grow their client base. This trend led to many digitizing their catalogues and taking a new look at their online services and overall marketing. We can see how massive changes in business practices were undertaken from a slight change in how cash is handled.
From a regulatory perspective, new collaborations were fostered under the auspices of simply keeping businesses open. Outside of extraordinary times, regulatory bodies exist to challenge and critique the practices of businesses, hopefully for a safer and more socially equitable outcome. During the pandemic, some have noted an increase in collaboration:
“Based on my experience working in and observing the industry, no less than five years ago, regulators and licensees often treated each other with suspicion – and in many cases, even outright animosity. But today, regulators and the cannabis industry are working together in lockstep to keep businesses open. In just the few weeks since the stay-at-home orders were implemented, we have seen many states release emergency measures or guidance, including provisions allowing for curbside pickup, delivery, expedited ID cards, or telehealth.” - Ben Curren, 2020
This move towards compliant collaboration rather than suspicion will attract more investors into the cannabis sector and help mature the industry as a whole. A win for business owners, customers, and compliance experts such as ourselves, here at CannDelta.
As the pandemic continues to challenge us, we continue to learn and improve our processes. While uncertainties abound, there has never been a more inclusive time to enter the cannabis space as an enterprise. If you are looking for a career transition, a storefront opportunity, or guidance through the nuance of compliance law, CannDelta offers consultation services to help you stay ahead of the curve. Field Testing and Consulting Company - All About Claus Converters
Today, we will be examining his process and how it impacts our work at Sulfur Recovery Engineering Inc.
What It Is
Claus had discovered in 1883 that H2S reacted with air, over a catalyst directly, to form sulfur and water. While the process is highly exothermic and challenging to control, it is the basis of most sulfur recovery plants worldwide. From sour gas as a starting point to degassed and cooled sulfur as an end, our friend Claus laid the groundwork for modern technologies to improve.
In Claus’ original process, acid gas and air meet in a catalytic converter, followed by a condenser and the waste gas output. The inefficiencies of this process have been amended by the Modified Claus Process, which includes a highly exothermic reaction furnace, followed by at least two further mildly exothermic catalytic stages—not to mention tail gas cleanup and incineration of byproducts. After all, the industries of London, England (where the Claus process was invented) did not have a glittering track record for waste output at the time.
Through the Modified Claus Process, the conversions are as follows:
Thermal Combustion: 2 H₂S + 3 O₂ => 2 SO₂ + 2 H₂O (Highly Exothermic) 2 H₂S + SO₂ => Sᵥₐₚ + 2 H₂O (Endothermic)
Catalyst Section: 2 H₂S + SO₂ => Svap + 2 H₂O (Moderately Exothermic)
These conversions come with a host of by-products, including hydrogen cyanide, hydrocarbons, and sulfur dioxide. Optimizing your reaction furnace will significantly reduce the quantity of by-products that may interfere with your desired output.
Streamlining Your Conversion
With sulfur as an essential global commodity, the system invented by Claus serves a vital function in our everyday life. The goal of today’s sulfur engineers is to continually improve the process for yield and efficiency. These operations (such as incineration of by-product or temperature of reaction furnace) can be optimized at nearly every stage of the chemical process.
It is important to ensure your plant is configured to the amount of H₂S in the feed stream, as this will massively affect your efficiency. Straight-Through is suited to feeds where acid gas is more than 50%, while a Split-Flow may be preferred for feed streams closer to 10-50% in H₂S makeup. The goal is to convert efficiently to achieve a 2-to-1 ratio of H₂S to SO₂ reaching the downstream converter.
As with any highly reactive process, inefficiencies are unavoidable. Keeping an eye out for problems before they arise is critical. Potential losses to recovery efficiency are: – Catalyst Deactivation – Off-Ratio Control (Tail Gas Analyzer) – Excessive Converter Dewpoint Margins – Poor COS, CS₂ Hydrolysis – Poor Demister Pad Operation/Sulfur Fog – High Final Condenser Outlet Temperature – Excessive Turndown – Day-to-Day Operational Upsets
Anytime the air demand signal goes outside of +/- 0.5 percent in variation, you risk an immediate loss in recovery efficiency. Another issue to note is that the loss in recovery is worse when the air demand goes negative—this occurs when the ratio gets too high.
Clausing Statements
So long as there is a global need for sulfur and our plants are properly calibrated, this method will deliver reliable, consistent results from feed streams of any H₂S quality. With over 130 years of proven use, that’s no small feat—especially as our phones seem to bite the dust after only a year or two.

Electric Company - Understanding Electric Permits
Short of becoming a luddite and moving to an uncharted remote island, you’re going to interact with electricity in your home… a lot. And unless you’re reading this hand-written on the back of Birch Bark (which would honestly be quite flattering), you’re using electricity right now!
Luckily, the harnessed storms and waltzes of electrons that flow through your walls at unchecked speed have been handled by professionals, and for good reason! Improper setup—whether from negligence or an innocent oversight—could result in more than just losing your browsing session. Fires, electrical surges, and catastrophic results can all result from improper electrical engineering. The bureaucracy that surrounds even simple renovations may feel overwhelming, however they serve an important function in ensuring a safe and efficient power grid for all.
We’ll go over a few of the principles of seeking and obtaining such permits here. Please remember that it is always the responsibility of the homeowner to communicate with both your local municipality and contractors to ensure proper compliance prior to and during work. When in doubt, always contact an official to inquire.
When a Permit is Needed
The Safety Codes Act requires that all contractors and homeowners in Alberta obtain permits before starting any work on buildings covered by the current edition of the Alberta Building Code. The building owner has full responsibility for carrying out construction or having construction carried out for them in accordance with all current requirements of the Safety Codes Act (including related regulations), as well as the Alberta Building Code and their building permit, with considerations to any special conditions determined by the local authority.
Depending on the type of project, it may be necessary to apply for and obtain a special Development Permit. In addition to situations concerning electrical work, this requirement may apply to plumbing, gas, or heating and ventilation operations. Development permits allow for specific types of development to be completed, and ensure the local zoning and development bylaws are being met. The benefits to obtaining this permit include access to expert advice by Safety Code Officers, an inspection of your project, a compliance review for the Alberta Building Code, and an overall project review that can help spot potential problems before you lay down the work.
Applications must be submitted to local authorities who will work with you and your contractors to ensure compliance is met. Submission is carried out with your local jurisdiction—applicants can find more information on where to purchase permits in Alberta here. If your municipality does not issue permits, you can call the Alberta Municipal Affairs Communications Inquiry Centre at 1-866-421-6929.
Why an Expert Helps
Even minor projects may have hiccoughs or potential issues. Working with an expert with a professional background and experienced toolkit helps to effectively mitigate these issues at the source, and will increase your confidence as a homeowner.
Unless the homeowner is a Master Electrician, limitations are as follows:
Installing or relocating the main electrical service panel or service equipment Installing swimming pool grounding and connecting the electrical equipment for a permanently installed swimming pool A solar photovoltaic (PV) system If the home will be used for rental purposes
Even if you’ve handed off work to a “pro,” you as a property owner are still on the hook for the completion and compliance of your project. Since property owners are ultimately responsible for the outcome of their renovations, it is essential to hire contractors based on reliable work metrics, such as a proven track record of successful builds, business compliance accolades, and accredited employees.
Everyone should work together to complete the project safely, in total compliance, and with the fewest delays.
Working with the right kind of contractor ensures a clear timeline, expert review, and peace of mind when it comes to your project – from planning to permit, wiring up to firing up.

Cannabis Company - Why is Some Weed Green, and Some Weed Purple?
If being green made Eifel-65 want to do-ba-dee, we can’t even imagine what purple would have done!
Cannabis buds are kind of like poodles—they come in every size and colour. While the differences may seem overwhelming from the outside, knowing the insides and outs of your flower is simple. Let’s talk a bit about purple and green kush to see if there is really all that much that separates the two:
Plant Basics
Like all plants, cannabis has simple basic needs for growth — nutrition in the form of dispersed minerals in the soil, ample water, and direct sunlight. While the green/purple distinction of cannabis plants is more strongly related to genetics than these growth factors, how the plant takes in sunlight plays a supporting role.
To process sunlight, plants utilize chlorophyll —tiny green pigments in the chloroplasts that facilitate energy transformation from the electromagnetic spectrum into usable formats. The cell absorbs large portions of blue and red from the spectrum but reflects green waves. This reflection is why leaves (and your bud) are green! A bright, healthy leaf is a handy sign that the plant is getting the nutrients it needs to thrive. However, green is not the only “healthy” colour for a leaf during the plant’s life cycle.
Purple Pigments
If the green colour of plants is explained by chlorophyll, why do some strains grow purple? It begins with another common pigment: a flavonoid called “anthocyanin.”
The PH of the plant determines the colour displayed by anthocyanin, ranging from blues in low (alkaline) pH and red in high (acidic) pH. High concentrations of anthocyanin are why fruits like blueberries and grapes have such vibrant colours!
In leaves and stems, chlorophyll will overpower the anthocyanin for most of the growth cycle, resulting in green colours. However, as winter approaches and plant growth slows, the blues, reds, and purples of anthocyanin come out in force, creating all of our favourite autumnal colours.
The appearance of purple pigments is mostly genetic, but a few growth factors may increase the likelihood and intensity of anthocyanin. Mimicking cool temperatures during the flowering stage (the end of the cannabis plant life-cycle) will slightly break down chlorophyll and inhibit chlorophyll production while not impacting growth overall, as will keeping a neutral pH in the soil for the particular strain.
Is There a Difference?
To be honest, not really. While it is certainly exciting and novel to see a mosaic of striking colours creeping up and along with the tips of your buds, the practical differences are mostly in the imagination. Still, anthocyanin has been proven to be a powerful antioxidant. So next time you’re reaching for a purple-tinged strain like Purple Punch or Black Cherry Punch, impress us with your cannabis vocabulary! Your joints might just thank you.

Roofing Company - Why You Shouldn't Cheap Out
1) Doing it yourself can actually mean spending more. In our experience, DIY roofers grossly over or underestimate materials required, which means you will either be wasting materials or have to spend more money than planned.
2) Scope of work. If you’re not an experienced roofer, you may not fully understand the necessary work that needs to be done. Perhaps you think the whole roof needs to be replaced, but a professional may be able to come in and make minimal repairs and save you some money!
3) Risk of Injury. Chances are you know someone who has fallen off a roof or at the very least, a ladder. If you are not properly trained, roofing can be extremely dangerous. All of our roofing professionals are trained to use proper fall gear, check for roof stability and know how to work in all weather conditions. Even poor ladder placement or a lack of edge awareness can send you tumbling and can result in serious injury. This is definitely something you want to leave to the professionals!
4) Adequate Materials. Asphalt, classic, cedar, slate - do you know what materials to use and what shingles will be best for your roof? What about your weather conditions? Have you selected materials that can survive Alberta’s harsh climate? We only use the highest quality materials and can assess your roof to determine the longest-lasting and highest-rated materials that your budget allows. Warranty and satisfaction are guaranteed with our services and we are able to recommend the best type of roof with the proper warranty to make sure you are covered. Lower quality shingles can result in leaking, water damage and mold.
5) Further Assessment. Professional roofers can also help assess what other work needs to be done and can do it all at the same time to save you money. When re-roofing, you can save money by replacing eaves and valley flashing at the same time. Roofers can assess if there is any rotted plywood under your decking and can even inspect the attic ventilation. Professional roofers can also replace roof jacks, assess pipe boots, inspect vents, solve slope issues, clear roof debris, assess skylights and chimneys, all to save you future headaches and give you peace of mind.
At No Payne Roofing we believe in integrity and transparency, meaning our contracts are always straightforward and dependable. We are fully insured and licensed and can offer written guarantees. We stand behind our superior roofs!

Fitness Company - Pumping in Privacy
Nerves can run high in gyms, where grunts beat like war-drums and protein shakes flow like wine. To put it simply: we’re not that. We’re here to offer a premium service, which includes some valuable privacy while you work towards your fitness goals.
Likewise, you won’t need to redecorate your master bedroom to fit a bench press and a squat rack in your home. Pumping in privacy with a professional trainer is one of the best ways you can work on both your body and a healthy mindset.
Here are just a few of the advantages which come with Frederick Fitness and our private space:
Safety in (Small) Numbers
While the exercise community values safety at every stage of the movement, accidents may still happen. This can be complicated by the size and layout of larger spaces, and with more bodies and gym equipment to navigate.
When you are pushing yourself into new territory, unexpected complications can come up, and it is important to always have an expert set of hands around to fix problems before they may arise. This applies not only to emergencies, but also to proper form and effective implementation of the movement. Your safety ensures not just the reduced risk of injury, but also added value in knowing every rep you make is of proper form, duration, and is the appropriate weight load. In a private space, you can trust that both you and your gains are safe!
Performance(less) Clothing
Let’s face it. Lifting isn’t always pretty. Between the sweat, the strains, and the early morning fatigue, it can be hard to feel your best. While gym motivation social media shots are fun and often uplifting ways to get yourself up and moving, the best workouts are done without any fear of judgement, and there is huge value in being “in the moment” with respect to your exercises. Online culture around workout habits may come with as many pitfalls as it has advantages, and Frederick Fitness refocuses on the importance of your wellness experience.
With professional coaching in a private space, you are guaranteed a supportive space where you can tackle your goals with comfort, encouragement, and a splash of fun. No cameras, no hashtags, no problems.
Knowledge is Strength
With fitness trends proliferating online, knowledge based on grounded facts can be difficult to come by. In an age of influencers publishing contradictory content, beginning new routines or setting new goals can feel overwhelming and downright isolating as others around you seem to have it figured out or are latching onto the newest fitness trends. Many so-called experts are more than happy to offer their advice around the gym, but it’s important to take strangers' words with a grain of salt. Just because the guy filling up at the water cooler has calves the size of literal calves doesn’t mean he knows the most optimal calisthenics circuit, or how to best navigate a sore shoulder.
With private training, you will have access to individualized exercises, equipment, and the experienced training for implementing new movements with proper form. With clear guidance come attainable goals, and a manageable path to accomplishing them.
--
Taking charge of your fitness and health is one of the most productive decisions you can make to transform your life. If you’re serious about your goals and are ready to tackle them, there are few more results-oriented options available than a personal training coach in a private space.
Contact Frederick Fitness today and I can show you just how far you can go.

Cannabis Friendly Online Marketplace - Best Practice for Item Listing
So you’ve got the perfect product for conscious cannabis consumers and fans of cannabis art. Wonderful! We’re all about creative minds and all of the different ways that the flower expands our creative boundaries as makers and viewers. In capturing something unique, you’re already past the hardest part!
The next step is to get it to the public. We make this simple and easy for our vendors as a platform but leave the creativity totally in your hands. With that in mind, here are some tips to get your listings in the limelight they deserve!
1. Categorize to Strategize! 🔎
Buyers looking for personal use items, gifts, or decor might have fun browsing—but the customers you want to attract will know precisely what they are looking for. To help them connect with products faster, we put together categories that sort products more efficiently. Think of what your product would be categorized as, and be sure to input it when listing your products.
2. Get Your Model Face On! 📸
Taking attractive photos is the key to not only a product page but a website or brand altogether. You don’t need access to a lightbox or a professional camera—a few lighting practices and simple framing ideas will suffice.
Make sure the light is direct and diffuse on your product and never coming from behind the subject. Make sure your setting is clean from debris and dust that makes the frame messy (yes, that includes cookie crumbs 🍪) If you have some aesthetic objects like dried flowers (both kinds), coins for scale, or other trinkets like jewelry or plants—feel free to throw them in! Just don’t over-clutter. Folks want to know what they’re buying, after all.
3. Make Your Writing Pop! ⌨️
Good copywriting applies to not only your body text but also your title. Which sounds better: Emulsified Cow Produce or Sea-Salted Country-Style Butter? Exactly.
Having a clear title will help in searches with an accompanying engaging body text helps customers realize why they need your product in their lives. It is also an opportunity to provide specifics (dimensions, colors, materials) that they would otherwise have to email you to determine.
Tell The World Who You Are! 🕵️♀️
Customers who are on the fence will often click around for more information before buying. One of the first places they will go is your profile. With that in mind, give the people what they want!
Your vendor information is a great place to talk about who you are, what makes you unique, and your ethics as an artist. In giving customers more to connect with, you maximize the value they will see in your business. For informed customers and fans of small businesses, this is often as important as the product itself. So take the time to shine!
Artsy Leaf works to promote all artist profiles equally. From there, users are encouraged to stand out on their own merits. We can’t do it all for you, but of course, if there is anything we can help with, don’t hesitate to reach out!
If you have cannabis art products and an entrepreneurial mind, consider signing up as a creator! Taking the plunge can kick-start your career and connect you with buyers worldwide.
We hope to see you soon and look forward to some sparkling profiles in the coming weeks!
All the best, The Artsy Leaf Team

Consulting Company - The Surprising Cost of In-House Marketing
Sure, your in-house Instagram posts won’t end up in a London festival (though it’s not impossible?), but the costs may well still creep up as if they would. The money involved also scales incredibly quickly if you want to put out services consistently. This budgeting issue applies to copywriting as well, or video editing and animation. Even scheduling the time to post and engage effectively can be a drain on a busy enterprise.
The obvious solution would be to take on these projects yourself, right? Well, I hope you have a few hours on hand per project. It might seem like a good time for the first two, but the midnight oil only burns for so long—you’ll see.
Here lie the crossroads: The hidden costs of hiring an in-house marketing team or taking projects on by yourself are like the hidden costs for a cheap plane ticket. You might make it there in one piece, but you’ll be cutting every corner twice to square the circle of time, energy, and resources. Marketing is tough—you may simply need to pick which battles you can take on with your current budget.
This blog will discuss the hidden costs of building an in-house design team and why outsourcing might be your best bet. After all, it’s what I do when life gets hectic!
It Costs Your Time
So you’ve hired a copywriter and a graphic designer to start—great! No more trawling LinkedIn and Buzzfeed for post inspiration, and Canva will stop looking at you like it owes you mafia money. Time to breathe, right? Right?
Uh oh.
You see, someone still has to direct that team. Your employees require a constant pipeline of client information and details on tone and intent, not to mention guidance as the project progresses and final edit notes prior to approval. Furthermore, you’re more accountable for time than you were when you were working for yourself! A team that experiences blockages while you’re unavailable means time you’re paying for as productivity lags.
When it comes to hiring an in-house team, the time you save in one department may just move right into managerial hours.
Teamwork Isn’t Cheap
Where visuals succeed, the associated copy could fall flat on its face. Likewise, a fantastic blog may never get clicks without an effective header. Having synergy in your creative team requires expertise at each step—a cost that can quickly scale as you hire multiple capable bodies.
You want your content to succeed no matter how or where it is deployed. Having a multitude of content streams means bringing on board a variety of talents. Here, strategic hiring may help as you find folks who are hopefully creative in multiple areas. But beware—they may begin to understand their value within your workflow and leverage you for wages that are higher than you can afford.
“What’s Next?”
If you’re a marketer like me, you know this scenario: Your clients love your service! They’re asking if they can get more, like video or podcasting services. With your current team of writers and designers, you are unable to offer that.
As a client begins to understand the value of the marketing you are doing and wants to expand their branded content scope, they will look for comprehensive services that you may not offer. While you have built a relationship with them so far, that is no guarantee that you will be a part of their success going forward. To keep those clients, you may find yourself in a position where you have to choose between keeping present clients and keeping your staffing budgets in check. It’s not an easy place to be!
If you’re looking to grow your company, marketing is essential.
If you can comfortably scale your services with only a couple of bodies and a bucket of elbow grease, all the power to you! But for those projects that simply eat up too much time or those ambitious clients who are stretching your resources to the snapping point, hiring out-of-house is often the best choice.
If you’re curious what that process looks like or are amped to get started on offloading some of your tasks to full-time professionals, we can definitely have a chat. After all, teamwork makes the dream work!

Gym - Push/Pull Muscles
But no, you’re better this time! Pushing through the sore mornings and protein drinks the texture of pancake batter, you knew it was going to be hard, and you’re here for it.
It doesn’t have to be this hard though. Contrary to popular belief, soreness is not an indication of a good workout and may even indicate problems in technique. A common reason for workout fatigue is an improper cycle between muscle groups. Let’s look a bit closer.
The short version is this: there are push muscles and pull muscles to the upper body. Each serves a different function for movement and has workouts or exercises that target them. If you’re experiencing problems in your extended workouts, it may be wise to visit this concept of muscle groups and question whether you’re cycling them properly.
To demonstrate, we’ll talk today about the upper body’s push and pull muscle groups and what it means to “split” them.
Push Muscles
These are some of the breadwinners. Pectorals, triceps, front delts, and the front of your shoulders are all considered “push” muscles, where the goal of the exercise is to push the weight away from your body. A workout that fits this category would be a bench press or an overhead press. Or, in the case of bodyweight exercises like dips and pushups, pressing yourself away from a solid object like the floor or an exercise bench.
It’s as simple and as effective as that—if you’re pushing, it’s a push exercise!
Pull Muscles
These exercises involve the back, biceps, and rear delts and, you guessed it, occur when you’re pulling the weight towards you. For example, a rowing exercise consists of overcoming the resistance by pulling towards the body, as does a chin-up involves pulling yourself towards an anchor.
Again, it’s simple as can be. If the exercise involves predominantly pulling, it’s a pull exercise.
Splits
Since every workout and the capabilities of individual bodies are different, it can be difficult to know when or where to stop. By focusing on “splits” between these muscle groups, you can maximize your gains while minimizing muscular or joint damage linked to overworking. Additionally, following a split routine means you can focus on increasing workout duration or additional weight without burning out!
With respect to legs (which constitute a muscle group of their own), Two popular splits are:
Four-Day Split M: Lower Body A T: Upper Body A W: Rest T: Lower Body B F: Upper Body B S: Rest S: Rest
Or,
Six-Day Split M: Push A T: Pull A W: Legs A T: Push B F: Pull B S: Legs B S: Rest
This short guide is far from complete when it comes to finding a workout that suits your needs best—intensity, weight, and duration all have factors such as food intake, amount of time available to dedicate to gym activities, and your own body goals. Nevertheless, conceptualizing workout groups as push and pull may help mitigate injuries and stagnancy in progressively overloading weight.
The Barbell Base works with small groups of clients to maximize each member’s workout potential, without the astronomical price tag. Wherever you are in your rotation, we’ve got expert eyes to keep you and your goals on track.

While our CBD products are distilled, many cannabis products are inhaled directly. This raises concerns for plant products grown using pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical additives. While these practices may increase yields, they do so at the cost of quality. A good product begins with sourcing clean biomass from reputable farmers who excel at their craft without harmful chemicals.
Abundant Labs sources from farmers who provide clean biomass with exceptional and unique properties. Our product is received fresh so that we may begin the distillation process with as little loss of delicate oil as possible. Temperature
Maintaining the delicate properties which make cannabis so varied and unique is one of the most pressing challenges regarding CBD producers. Rushing any step of the process or using lesser extraction technologies will result in a product with less impact and character.
Our equipment ensures an extraction temperature below -90ºC, allowing for consistent and efficient extraction. A balance of low temperatures and centrifugal force is part of what sets our process apart.
Purity
As a blanket practice, the 2018 Farm Bill allowed for the production, possession, and sale of CBD products so long as they do not contain over 0.03% THC content. This is the benchmark for all legal CBD products distilled in the domestic market. Lesser products will include a higher percentage of THC, compromising the intended effects of the drug. This has been especially dangerous for those who are screened for THC in the workplace.
Abundant Labs exceeds purity by controlling product makeup down to the molecular level. Our Broad Spectrum CBD Distillation process is beneficial for users seeking the synergistic effects of cannabinoids present in hemp but want options for removing particular cannabinoids. This is especially important for clients with little experience with hemp extract or sensitivity to certain cannabinoids.
Manufacturing Practices
Beyond the end product, considerations must be made for the cleanliness of the facility, management practices, and employee fairness. A reputable supplier excels not only in what they put out but what they put in. For this reason, Abundant Labs proudly displays our cGMP certification.
cGMP certification ensures procedures, technologies, and systems are up-to-date to comply with Federal regulations and that the correct techniques and equipment are in place to prevent contamination and errors that may affect consumers. cGMP systems include a series of controls for quality-focused operations, including management systems, quality raw materials, standard operating procedures, detecting and investigating deviations and reliable analytical testing.
As you can see, not all CBD products are created equally. If you have further questions about the process or quality of our products, please drop us a line. Education and good information is key to building a stronger cannabis community, and we look forward to connecting further with you.

Thermal Combustion: 2 H₂S + 3 O₂ => 2 SO₂ + 2 H₂O (Highly Exothermic) 2 H₂S + SO₂ => Sᵥₐₚ + 2 H₂O (Endothermic)

Don’t pull away. Let us give you the push you need today!

CBD Isolate + Custom Distillates Company - All About Reputable CBD
Like any product destined for human ingestion, Cannabis is thoroughly studied from seed to sale. A long list of compliance practices exists for producers and distributors to understand and excel at every stage.
Just as in food production, not every CBD supplier is made equally. Inferior sources of biomass or inefficient practices at any stage of production can make for an inferior product.
Compliant and legally sold cannabis products are safe and effective for medical and recreational use due to standardized practices. However, wherever these standards exist, Abundant Labs goes beyond. We are proud to be an industry leader in innovation, quality, and excellent methods. Below are a few points that allow us to stand apart and offer genuinely exceptional products and how a lesser product may compare.
Farming
